OnTime already makes it extremely easy to automatically generate and send invoices to QuickBooks, but what if you want to customize the information that is put into those invoices? Now you can easily do so with the new options available as shown here:

After clicking the Options button, you’ll be presented with a list of fields that you can have included in your invoice as it’s sent to QuickBooks. These fields will appear in each line item under the description. Simply check the items in the list that you would like included.

If you would like to rearrange the order that these fields appear, select the field you would like to move and then drag it above or below the other checked items to ensure you have the placement desired.

Once you are done, click OK to save the changes and continue with your export to QuickBooks.
